Pack as much information as you can, because the zone diet is not just any diet, it’s a lifestyle change. General information would be that zone diet is a balance between insulin inducing foods in the ratio of 40:30:30, 40 % carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% healthy fats. It will be a great start for you as the knowledge will be a part of your inspiration and as an assessment whether zone diet is doable or not on your part.
